Microsoft Accounts

This section has links to services offered to individuals with a Microsoft Account.

Outlook icon  Outlook.com e-mail

Formerly Hotmail and Windows Live, this is the link to your free personal e-mail address with Microsoft. Use this if your e-mail address ends with @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, or @msn.com.

Links to all services available in your Microsoft Account, including Office Online (free editions of Word and Excel in a browser), OneDrive, and downloads for desktop software for which you have an active subscription.

Microsoft icon  Manage your Microsoft Account

View your individual or family subscriptions (such as Office 365 desktop applications, Xbox Live, Groove Music, Skype, and OneDrive), connected devices, rewards, and gift cards for your personal Microsoft Account.

Office 365 Business Accounts

These links relate to Office 365 business accounts, which have separate user accounts in the same company account (tenant) that are managed by a company administrator.

Outlook icon  Work e-mail login

For your work or school e-mail account hosted with Office 365. If your company uses Microsoft Exchange server for e-mail but it is not hosted with Office 365, contact your company's IT support team for the link to your company's webmail.

Sign in as a user of an Office 365 tenant (work account). This will take you to a dashboard with links to all services available in your account, including Office Online (free editions of Word and Excel in a browser), downloads for available desktop software, as well as Yammer, Teams, Flow, and the Admin console for your Office 365 business account.

Same as above, but it takes you directly to the Admin console for Office 365 business accounts. Sign in with an administrator account of the tenant, or with a delegated admin account if you are the reseller.

If you purchased a one-year subscription for Office 365 Business or Enterprise user licenses through a Volume License reseller, start here to add the licenses to your existing Office 365 account, or to create a new Office 365 account.

If you purchased a boxed retail copy of Microsoft Office desktop software (subscription or one-time purchase), or got a product key from an online purchase, redeem your product key here. Sign in with a Microsoft Account.

Download Microsoft Office desktop software you have already redeemed (Personal or Home subscription or one-time purchase), and access additional services related to your subscription (Skype and OneDrive). Sign in with your Microsoft Account.

Microsoft icon  Volume License Service Center (VLSC)

Download software and access product keys for software purchased through Microsoft volume license programs. Sign in with your Microsoft Account or Office 365 (Azure AD) account.
